This lower floor condo offers southern exposure, for maximum sunshine. The condo is conveniently located next to the swimming pool, where attentive parents can keep a close eye on kids at play.

While inside, enjoy the crisp and clean feel of the interior, with a well- appointed living room in the colours of the island, and bedrooms with luxuriously layered bedding.

Of course, for all the attention we have given to interior colors, the most compelling accents remain the ribbons of blue and green Caribbean waters right outside your window.  Maybe that’s why, with all due respect to Judy Garland’s classic performance, our favorite version of “Over the Rainbow” remains the one by the late, great Israel Kamakawiwoʻole (aka “IZ”) from that OTHER island paradise, way over in the Pacific.
