Operational & Hosting Guidelines

Buttonwood Reserve is committed to ensuring the safety of both guests and staff, and to complying with the “Clean & Pristine” safety requirements of the Bahamas Tourism Readiness & Recovery Committee.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

• After each guest departure, condos will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
• Staff will wear disposable gloves and masks while cleaning and disinfecting the property
• Anti-bacterial hand soap and hand sanitizer will be provided for each guest
• All reusable items and perishables left from previous guests will be removed
• Extra pillows/blankets and iron/ironing boards will be provided to guests upon request
• All staff will participate in an online training seminar regarding symptoms, operating standards, physical distancing, and sanitization standards

Physical Distancing

• We will minimize face-to-face interactions with guests
• Staff required to wear provided face masks for all in-person interactions with guests, and maintain distance of 6 feet as much as possible
• Guests are requested to maintain 6 feet distance from other guestsnot in their family group while on the property, around the pool area, and/or at the beach
